90% FULL TORCH BANDS = 90FTB 90FT or 90FB
On the reverse of the Roosevelt Dime the torch must exhibit full bands at the top and 90% of the bands of the torch. The two sets of bands will be well defined and separated at the top. They will exhibit 90% of both bands and weakness at the ends of the bottom bands only. All bands are separated by a line, which must be 90% complete. Bands are visible in the fasces, a symbol that signifies strength of the major design element of the reverse. Whether or not a coin exhibits this depends on the striking pressure the dies were set to when the coin was struck.
